The old harbour has a 75 m long stone and concrete landing wharf with a wave breaker, and an adjoining 70 m long concrete quay with berths for boats. At the head of the wharf there is an electrically powered beacon (Red flash 5s 8m 3M).
Old waterfront – wharf with wave breaker (82 m) – has berths for powerboats, yachts and excursion boats.
Old waterfront –quay (73 m) – has berths for fishing boats, smaller yachts and powerboats.
New waterfront - “SOUTH” (75 m) – has docking for ferries and other boats for transportation of passengers and goods, and berths for fishing boats and yachts. In the period from June 15 to September 15 a part of the quay (approximately 30 m) is reserved for fishing boats, for the purpose of loading/unloading or transhipment of fish.
New waterfront - “EAST” and “WEST” (30 m each) – has berths for powerboats, yachts and smaller fishing boats.
LANDMARKS: prominent belfry and church on a hillock; light on Rt Kremik - white tower; light on the breakwater head - red square tower with column and gallery; hotel settlement on E shore of the bay; light on the quay head in the cove Vojske - red tower on base.
WEATHER: exposed to winds from seaward; vessels secured on the inside of breakwater are sheltered from winds and sea.
CURRENTS: tidal currents are predominant, at rates of up to 0.5 kn. Gale winds may increase the current rate to 1.0 kn.
ANCHORAGE: in the middle of the bay or in the cove Vojske; sand; good holding.
BERTH: alongside the breakwater or stern-to shore in the harbour; to the quay in the cove Vojske.
SUPPLIES AND FACILITIES: water from hydrants; electricity from the breakwater; post office, pharmacy, surgery, hotels, private accommodation, restaurants, cafés, and shops.
