The port is located on the south-eastern side of the island of Murter. It has a 60 m long L-shaped concrete and stone landing wharf. A 400 m long concrete quay with berths for smaller boats was built adjoining it.
LANDMARKS: chapel on a hill above the village, and light on the marina breakwater head - red tower with column and gallery.
WEATHER: exposed to NE and E winds and sea.
CURRENTS: ingoing/outgoing tidal currents are predominant, attaining rates of up to 0.6 kn.
BERTH: to the quay and angled pier, or in the marina.
SUPPLIES AND FACILITIES: water supply system; fuel station in the marina Jezera; post office, restaurants, cafés, and shops.
COMMUNICATIONS: road connections.
